VIDEO: Eleni Zaharopoulos & Jenile Brooks

Each semester, Practice·Space takes on a pre-existing project that is rooted in Detroit for their incubator program. They are pleased to announce that their first project is renovating a store/house in the North End.

Eleni Zaharapolous purchased the building over a year ago and is collaborating with local food entrepreneur, Jenile Brooks, to bring it back to life. Their aim is to convert one half of the space into a grocery store and food delivery service.

Practice·Space residents will work on this project over the course of four months, from September 2013 to January 2014.
